Please do not continue with the contract unless you have talked with us today and we have confirmed that the puppy is still available and have agreed to hold the puppy specifically for you.
We are so excited for you as you take this big step to have a wonderful puppy join your family! Please understand that the $300 deposit is non-refundable unless for some reason we are not able to provide the agreed upon puppy to you due to unforseen health problems. We understand that circumstances may change for your family between now and the time you take your puppy home. If you are not able to bring this puppy home for any reason, the deposit is transferrable to any other Legacy Farms or Legacy Doodles puppy at any time of any breed or gender we may have available. The balance of the puppy's price (less the $300 deposit) is refundable if you are not able to receive the puppy as planned up until the puppy goes home. For the whole life of the dog, if for any reason you are not able to keep the puppy/dog, we will take the dog back or help you find a good home for him or her. By taking ownership of one of our puppies, you agree that you will never allow your puppy to end up in a shelter or rescue.

Any contact information collected is for our personal business use as well as submitted to our veterinarian and the Missouri Department of Agriculture as required for out-of-state puppy sales. If your puppy is AKC registered, it is also shared shared with the American Kennel Club as requirered by AKC policy. We will never sell or share your information with any other company for the purpose of marketing.
We may from time to time provide your first name and phone number to other customers seeking references. If at any time you prefer not to be contacted, please let us know.
We use an outside shipping company to bill users for payment. We may also use an outside shipping company to ship boutique orders. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.
Any change in our privacy policy will be sent by email to the email provided above.
